With over 20 years of leadership experience in corporate workspace management and real estate, particularly for a global corporations, I am confident that I can make a significant contribution to your team. Throughout my career, I have partnered with key leadership stakeholders to refine a global real estate strategy that supports and satisfies the needs of employees, customers, and business partners. I have assessed global real estate market conditions, trends, and indicators to inform and enable asset optimization goals. I have managed significant global real estate expense and capital budgets, ensuring effective strategy, planning, review, and cost efficiency at all levels in line with company goals. I have directed and led negotiations with brokers, developers, attorneys, property owners, vendors, and landlords. I have overseen the delivery, performance, and value management of the full complement of workplace services. I have communicated with the executive team, global site leadership personnel, and all key internal stakeholders to ensure awareness, alignment, and smooth execution of real estate and workplace experience initiatives and improvements. I have implemented standardized best practices including policies and procedures relative to ergonomics, insurance, safety, and security. I have led and supported all global office management employees in line with our core values and supportive culture. I have defined, negotiated, and managed contracts for outsourced facility services such as variable space hot desking, local and regional site services ensuring efficient, effective, and quality experiences provided at optimal cost. I have taken responsibility for the business continuity program as it relates to physical space and non-technology business resumption. I have a strong knowledge of facilities planning, remote multi-building facilities, lease administration, property management, property acquisition/divestiture, new site mobilization, budget management, and construction project management. I have a demonstrable record of building high-performing teams. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate at all levels of the organization including CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
